3. User Registration and Accounts

4. Dog Registration and Health Requirements

When registering a dog as a donor, you confirm that:

• The dog meets all health requirements for blood donation
• The dog has been properly vaccinated
• The dog is free from blood-borne diseases
• The dog meets the weight and age requirements
• You have the legal right to register the dog

Depawsitory reserves the right to request verification of health status and may decline registration for any reason related to health or safety concerns.

5. Donation Process

While Depawsitory facilitates connections between dog owners, we do not directly perform blood collection. All blood collection procedures must be:

• Conducted by licensed veterinary professionals
• Performed in accordance with applicable animal welfare standards
• Consensual on the part of all human participants
• Conducted with the health and safety of the donor dog as a priority

6. Financial Donations

Financial donations to Depawsitory are used to maintain our platform and support our mission. By making a financial donation, you acknowledge:

• Donations are voluntary and non-refundable
• Depawsitory will use donations to support platform operations and mission activities
• While we strive for transparency, specific allocation of funds is at our discretion

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DEPAWSITORY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICES.
